Frankly, I'm not convinced that he read all of them either, unless it was on an assignment at Oxford, or perhaps to impress Hillary.
In particular, any of these: "The Four Quartets", T.S. Eliot.
"The Imitation of Christ", Thomas a Kempis.
"Homage to Catalonia", George Orwell.
"The Collected Poems of W.B. Yeats", William Butler Yeats.
For one thing, it's simply Four Quartets, not "The Four Quartets". They are arguably four of Eliot's most abstruse poems.
It surprised me that Harry Truman wasn't listed among the Presidents. As I recall, he claimed that by the time he was ten years old, or thereabouts, he had read every book in the library at Independance, MO.
